A folding liftable computer desk belongs to the technical field of furniture. Big stay bars and small stay bars which are sleeved and matched with one another are connected to the bottom of a desktop through connecting sheets; connecting rods are connected among the big stay bars; bottom bars are connected among the small stay bars; through holes are formed on the connecting sheets; a chute is formed on the connecting sheet at one opposite angle; the connecting rods are inserted in the through holes in a penetrating manner and is in running fit with the connecting sheets; positioning connecting pieces are arranged at the joints of the bid stay bars and the small stay bars; and positioning bolts are arranged on the positioning connecting piece and are used for locking and positioning the big stay bars and the small stay bars. The utility model has the advantages that the structure is simple, the design is reliable, and a user can adjust the height of desk legs according to the personal comfort level or the using environment. The desk is not used, fastening bolts are unscrewed, the desk legs topples over, a through hole on the left side of the connecting sheets is the height of a big stay bar diameter lower than that on the right side relatively, therefore, the desk legs can be leveled completely, the folding and the unfolding are convenient, and the convenience and the applicability are enhanced.
