Abstract

The utility model provides a continuously variable engine valve lift regulating mechanism, which comprises a valve mechanism, a cam, a rocker arm and a driving device and is characterized in that the driving device is provided with a control shaft with an eccentric wheel, a worm wheel, a worm and a stepping motor, wherein the rocker arm consists of a pressed rocker arm and a driving rocker arm, the front ends of the two rocker arms are connected via the eccentric wheel in a rotary connection structure mode, the tail end of the pressed rocker arm is pressed on the top of the valve, the tail end of the driving rocker arm is contacted with the outer edge of the cam, one end of the control shaft is provided with the worm wheel, and the outer edge of the worm wheel is meshed with the worm of an output shaft of the stepping motor. The utility model changes the relative positions of the two rocker arms by the rotation of the eccentric wheel so as to change the lift of the valve jacked up in the rotation process of the cam, the air inflow of an air cylinder can be precisely controlled, the fuel economy is improved, and the exhaust emission is reduced.
本实用新型提供了一种连续可变发动机气门升程调节机构,包括气门机构、凸轮、摇臂和驱动装置,其特征在于:所述驱动装置设置有带偏心轮的控制轴、蜗轮、蜗杆和步进电机;所述摇臂由压制摇臂和驱动摇臂组成,二者的前端通过偏心轮以转动连接结构形式相连,压制摇臂的尾端压在气门的顶端上,驱动摇臂的尾端与凸轮的外缘相接触,控制轴的一端设有蜗轮,蜗轮的外缘与步进电机输出轴上的蜗杆相啮合。本实用新型利用偏心轮的转动改变两摇臂的相对位置,从而使凸轮在转动过程中所顶起的气门升程发生改变,可精准控制气缸的进气量,提高燃油的经济性,减少尾气排放。
