Abstract

The utility model discloses a vacuum failure intercepting valve which comprises an upper valve body, a lower valve body, a regulating element, a corrugated diaphragm, a metal hard core, an O-shaped sealing ring, a first sealing rubber pad and a second sealing rubber pad, wherein an internal screw thread hole is formed at the upper end of the regulating element; internal screw threads on the regulating element can be directly connected with a quick-change connector; external screw threads on the circumference on the outer side of the regulating element are matched with internal screw threads of the upper valve body to cause the regulating element to axially move; a hole coaxial with the central internal screw thread hole is formed at the lower end in the center of the regulating element; a control valve port of the vacuum failure intercepting valve is formed on the hole edge at the lower end of the hole and adopts end face seal; and the corrugated diaphragm is clamped between the upper valve body and the lower valve body, and the initial working clearance between the control valve port and the corrugated diaphragm can be adjusted when the regulating element axially moves. The universal vacuum failure intercepting valve with simple structure and low cost avoids the problem of failure of the multi-suckered vacuum system during the working process, which is caused by the leakage of one sucker, thereby ensuring the safety in operation of the system.
本实用新型公开了一种真空失效遮断阀,包括上阀体、下阀体、调节元件、波纹膜片、金属硬芯、O型密封圈、第一密封橡胶垫、第二密封橡胶垫,调节元件上端加工有中心内螺纹孔,调节元件上的内螺纹可直接与快换接头联接,外侧圆周上的外螺纹与上阀体的内螺纹配合,可使调节元件沿轴向移动,调节元件中心下端开有与中心内螺纹孔同轴的孔,该孔下端孔边缘形成真空失效遮断阀的控制阀口,控制阀口采用端面密封,波纹膜片夹紧在上、下阀体之间,调节元件沿轴向移动时,可调节控制阀口与波纹膜片之间的初始工作间隙。本实用新型结构简单、成本低廉,通用的真空失效遮断阀,避免工作过程中由于某个吸盘出现泄漏造成的多吸盘真空系统的失效,保证系统工作的安全性。
