Winding device for special-shaped coils

Abstract

The utility model relates to the technology of winding motor coils, in particular to a winding device for special-shaped coils. A special-shaped coil with a special shape and relatively large size is usually wound into a semi-lunar shape and then reshaped via a special reshaping tool. However, rebound deformation emerges on the coil during a reshaping process due to special material property of a flat copper wire, and the material is hardened, thereby increasing labor intensity, lengthening time consumption and lowering efficiency. The winding device for special-shaped coils comprises a movable supporting plate, a die core and a die set, wherein the outer arc radius and the transitional small arc radius of the die core are the same with the outer arc radius and the transitional small arc radius of a corresponding special-shaped coil; the inner arc radius of the die core is smaller than the inner arc radius of the corresponding special-shaped coil; the center is shifted up and included angles formed by two lateral edges of the die core are bigger than included angles formed by two lateral edges of the corresponding special-shaped coil; and the technical scheme capable of well overcoming the above shortcomings of a conventional winding device is that the above three variations are determined by elastic deformation value of the flat copper wire.
本实用新型涉及绕制电机线圈技术,特别是一种绕制异形线圈装置。异形线圈形状特殊而且尺寸较大,通常是先将线圈绕制成半月形,再通过专门的整形工具对线圈进行整形。然而由于扁铜线材料性质特殊,在整形过程中,线圈回弹变形,材质变硬,劳动强度大,耗时长,效率低下。本实用新型采取一种绕制异形线圈装置,包括活动托板,模心,模架,模心外圆弧半径和过渡小圆弧半径与对应的异形线圈外圆弧半径、异形线圈过渡小圆弧半径相同;模心内圆弧半径小于对应的异形线圈内圆弧半径,中心上移,模心两侧边夹角大于对应的异形线圈两侧边夹角,三者的变动量由所用扁铜线弹性变形量决定的技术方案,很好地解决了上述缺陷。
